Our wine list offers a spirited journey across the better known wine regions, and, to some regions of supposed lesser repute currently producing some hidden gems. We’ve concentrated on the characterful and intriguing, the often less celebrated but always outstanding. Where we do feature the more familiar names such as Pinot Grigio, Beaujolais or Bordeaux, we ensure they are noteworthy in taste and benchmark in quality. Too many hotels and restaurants today apply a mark-up on wines that borders on cynical and greedy. New Next Door restaurant

Our "Phoenix from the ashes of the Grand Hotel" project is complete and we have launched a new restaurant Next Door to the Dunoon. This stand-alone venue is stocked with the best local ales, gins and artisan coffee and serves innovative and delicious small plates, sharing plates and traditional starter, main and desserts.
